I’m Rebecca White, founder of White Smiles Dental Practice in Sunningdale, Ascot (a name that feels like destiny). When I opened our doors in 2017, my vision was clear: to create a dental experience that feels warm, human, and life changing, not just another appointment on someone’s to do list.
My journey into dentistry began as a dental nurse, where I gained my National Certificate for Dental Nursing in 2007. I quickly discovered how rewarding this profession could be, and my ambition pushed me to grow beyond the clinical role. Over the years, I went on to manage and operate 25 dental practices across the UK, working in consultancy roles for dentists and corporates. These experiences gave me a rare insight into both the clinical and non-clinical sides of patient care and inspired me to build a practice where connection and trust are just as important as clinical excellence.
As a family, they are my biggest supporters, my partner of over 25 years and our two teenagers inspire me every day. My partner often finds himself “involved” in my endless ideas and Pinterest inspired projects (he’s definitely learned that a quick trip to B&Q is never really quick!). We’ve grown together over the years, and I credit a lot of my drive and creativity to having such a strong foundation at home.
Balancing busy family and work life looks different every day, but I absolutely love it. My daily rituals like a morning yoga session, a planned date night, or a walk while chatting to a friend keep me grounded, energised, and ready to lead with clarity and humour.
Since opening in 2017, White Smiles has grown into a thriving, well respected practice but at its core, it remains deeply personal. We’re not just here to deliver excellent dentistry; we’re here to help people become the best version of themselves.

Dr Manisha Patel is known for her calm, kind nature and the way she instantly helps patients feel relaxed and at ease. Since graduating in 2004, she has built a reputation for delivering gentle, thoughtful dentistry, always taking the time to listen and create a comfortable experience for every patient she treats.
Manisha enjoys all aspects of dentistry, from routine care and maintaining oral health to enhancing smiles through cosmetic treatments. She has a particular eye for detail when it comes to aesthetic dentistry and enjoys the artistry involved in sculpting composite bonding to mimic the natural beauty of teeth. She also provides porcelain veneers and Invisalign treatment for both adults and teenagers, helping patients achieve beautifully balanced, confident smiles.

We were delighted to welcome Bridie back to the White Smiles team after returning to work following her twins starting school. Having previously been part of the practice, it felt very natural for her to step back into the warm, patient focused environment she enjoys so much.
Bridie began her career in dentistry in 2017 and has since developed a genuine passion for patient care. She takes great pride in helping people feel comfortable, supported and confident during their visits.
Naturally bubbly and full of energy, Bridie’s enthusiasm is felt from the moment you speak to her, whether that’s on the telephone or when you walk through the practice doors. She loves meeting new people, building connections with patients and helping everyone feel relaxed and welcome.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, Bridie enjoys guiding patients through their treatment journey, helping them feel informed, reassured and excited about the results ahead. One of the most rewarding parts of her role is seeing the final outcome of a patient’s treatment, the confidence it brings, and knowing she has been part of that journey.
Outside the practice, Bridie is married with two beautiful children who keep her very busy. She loves spending time with friends and family, socialising, shopping and staying active through running, swimming and going to the gym.
