I’m Rebecca White, founder of White Smiles Dental Practice in Sunningdale, Ascot (a name that feels like destiny). When I opened our doors in 2017, my vision was clear: to create a dental experience that feels warm, human, and life changing, not just another appointment on someone’s to do list.
My journey into dentistry began as a dental nurse, where I gained my National Certificate for Dental Nursing in 2007. I quickly discovered how rewarding this profession could be, and my ambition pushed me to grow beyond the clinical role. Over the years, I went on to manage and operate 25 dental practices across the UK, working in consultancy roles for dentists and corporates. These experiences gave me a rare insight into both the clinical and non-clinical sides of patient care and inspired me to build a practice where connection and trust are just as important as clinical excellence.
As a family, they are my biggest supporters, my partner of over 25 years and our two teenagers inspire me every day. My partner often finds himself “involved” in my endless ideas and Pinterest inspired projects (he’s definitely learned that a quick trip to B&Q is never really quick!). We’ve grown together over the years, and I credit a lot of my drive and creativity to having such a strong foundation at home.
Balancing busy family and work life looks different every day, but I absolutely love it. My daily rituals like a morning yoga session, a planned date night, or a walk while chatting to a friend keep me grounded, energised, and ready to lead with clarity and humour.
Since opening in 2017, White Smiles has grown into a thriving, well respected practice but at its core, it remains deeply personal. We’re not just here to deliver excellent dentistry; we’re here to help people become the best version of themselves.

Her role may be varied, but it’s anything but vague. As our Patient Experience & Content Coordinator, Aneesa plays a key part in shaping how patients experience White Smiles at every touchpoint. Whether she’s supporting day-to-day operations, assisting the team, or curating our digital content, her focus is always the same: ensuring our values and high standards are reflected in every detail.

Outside of work, Aneesa enjoys golf, music, and is always on the lookout for a new favourite restaurant. She loves trying new things and finding inspiration in the little things which is probably why she’s such a joy to have around.
